Great Rajasthan History Tour – Jaipur – Shekawati – Bikaner – Jaisalmer – Delhi (9 Nights / 10 days)

Rajasthan, state, full of vibrant colours and history, showing the world some of the wonderful forts, palaces, havelis , converted into hotels and towards the end of tour to Delhi, India”s capital showing history and rich culture.

Day 1 and 2 :  Jaipur

To arrive at Jaipur from Delhi and check in the booked place to stay. During stay to go for local sightseeing , like the Amer Fort , local temples including the Kanak Vrindavan temple, bazaars , the Hawa Mahal ( Palace of winds ) , Worlds largest cannon on wheels and more !

 Day 3  : Mandawa in Shekawati

To arrive In Shekhawati, a desert area of Rajasthan stands its own importance.With large havelis , forts and palaces are known for their art on walls and is also known as Scotland of India. This region has been recognised as the "open art gallery of Rajasthan" having the largest concentration of frescos in the world. To stay at the booked place and later during the day to go for tour of the region.

Day 4  and 5 : Bikaner

To arrive in Bikaner and check in the booked place. Later to go for city tour and visit forts and palaces , including the world famous the Junagarh fort, temples ,the local markets. Continue tour the next day.

Day 6 and 7 :  Jaisalmer

To arrive in Jaisalmer and after checking in , in the booked place to go for sightseeing , visit forts including the main Jaisalmer fort , camel safaris. Tour to the famous and beautiful Sand Dunes at Khuri/Sam and enjoy Camel ride as well as folk performances and the night camp fire.  

Day 8 : Delhi

To arrive and check in , in the booked place.Later , depending on timings for further destination, to go for city tour, visit Old Delhi and main temples including the Sikh temple.

Day 9 : Check out and depart for onward destination.
