We are known for designing bespoke travel arrangements to suit individual needs, ranging from high end to budget , with a choice of boutique hotels, resorts, spas, retreats, lodges, heritage properties, forts and palaces and home stays. Each of these has been hand-picked for excellence, ambience, architecture or their unique location , all personally viewed and experienced by us, enabling us to offer the finest collection of our tour programs. A collection  truly special and outstanding giving unforgettable experience to our travellers .

For any queries request , depending upon the nature , please allow up to 2 working days to get back. The company reserves the right to cancel bookings if found deemed, not legitimate. General Terms:

Name details -

It is important that the person doing bookings through this site must enter the correct details like names, e-mail address. If our e-mail has been sent to your Junk or Bulk mail folder, you can prevent this from happening again by opening our e-mail and clicking on the ‘Not spam’ or ‘this is not spam’ button.

Rates and Payment -

One World Discoveries , cannot be held responsible for currency exchange rates or bank surcharges under any circumstance. All special rates or offer on properties, chosen to stay will be given on request for your reference.  The currency and amount that will be charged, in local Indian Rupee .

Rates given at time of booking are subject to currency fluctuations. There is a possibility of  slight rate variations from the time of booking request to the booking date due to movement in the currency exchange rates. Once a booking has been booked and confirmed at the rates  you have accepted, there would be no change thereafter in costs irrespective of any currency fluctuations.  Any rates implemented, after the costs have been given and  where One World Discoveries has no control on any extra charges implemented by hotels , would be over and above the costs given. However, we  assure such charges would be mentioned if to our knowledge prior bookings.

Proof of ID -

Customers are requested to carry while on tour proof of ID. This is a security measure and is not to cause any inconvenience but is merely for safety measures. All of the hotels on our website www.oneworlddiscoveries.com require one of the guests to be at least 18 years old.

Credit / Debit International transaction fee -

If paying through credit / debit card , majority of  card providers charge some sort of an International Transaction fee. This fee is passed on by certain credit card providers because the charge for your booking has been processed outside of the country that you reside in and One World Discoveries , cannot be held responsible for any international transaction charges passed on by your credit card issuer. This is part of the booking cost, to the customer.

Specific requests -

While we undertake to ensure that your request  for hotels , rooms or any particular service required is  available, but we cannot guarantee as these would be subject to availability.

Hotel information, facilities, booking amendments, updates  -

We strive to present hotel information as accurately as possible, but cannot be responsible for 100% accuracy or for any facilities that may or may not be available during guests  stay or not suited to individual tastes and preferences. If the original hotel booked, is closed or shut down , for any reasons , One World Discoveries cannot be held responsible and will find an alternate  accommodation of a similar standards.  And if where we have prior notice we will contact you by e-mail.

Redecoration / renovations and maintenance are necessary to the upkeep of the hotel and may take place without prior warning, however the hotelier or supplier will endeavour to keep inconvenience to a minimum. The effects of normal wear and tear can be expected in a hotel and these are beyond our control. We cannot accept responsibility for any disturbance or inconvenience to the client beyond its control nor for accidents or loss in a hotel caused by hotel management or staff.

The hotel and guest room photographs are provided to give a general overview of the hotel. Guest room photographs may be of a different category to the one you book and not identical to the room you are allocated at the hotel.

Changes in company website -

One World Discoveries for website www.oneworlddiscoveries.com reserves the right to do necessary changes as and when required, without any prior information to their clients and is totally at its own discretion.

Cancellations and Amendments -

Cancellations and amendments will not be accepted over the telephone and must be made in writing through the www.oneworlddiscoveries.com

Refunds -

Refunds will be processed in the currency charged. Customers can cancel at any time they wish to and One World Discoveries we will do its best to get the maximum refund , as per the Providers policy. Our aim is to ensure is to be solution focussed and give clients the maximum flexibility.

Invoice -

One World Discoveries after the tour completes will  provide with an invoice directly to the client.
