Day 1 – Arrive Trivandrum.
To arrive at Trivandrum (also called Thiruvananthapuram ), and proceed straight to the internationally renowned the Kovalam beach. Night stay at the beach destination – Kovalam.
Day 2 – Kovalam
Full day at the beach, relax and could go for activities like snorkelling , catarmaran rides , sunset viewing , cycling on beach and more.Night stay in Kovalam.
Day 3 – Poovar via Kanyakumari
To depart from Kovalam to Kanyakumari, southern most of India , in Tamil Nadu state. Here, one gets to see historical and religious sites with beautiful sun rise and sun sets in particular on the confluence of three ocean bodies – the Bay of Bengal, the Indian Ocean, and the Arabian Sea. Spend day at Kanyakumari and later in the evening to depart for Poorvar , an isolated spectacular beach, very close to Neyyar river estuary.Night stay in Poorvar.
Day 4 – Poovar
To spend day at the beach and could go for local sightseeing to the Neyyar river estuary.
Day 5- Ayurveda centre – In Chowara
20 km from Trivandrum. Night stay in the Ayurveda centre in Chowara. Enjoy day at Dr Franklin”s Ayurveda centre, rejuvenating yourself, to go for treatment out of many on offer.
Day 6 and 7 - Ponmudi
After check out from the Ayurveda to depart for Ponmudi, a hill station 915 m above sea level and was once a summer resort for the British. Sprawling tea plantations, winding lanes and holiday facilities making this a good resort town.Night stay in Ponmudi.
Day 8 – Varkala
Guests to enjoy at scores of Ayurveda massage parlours ,sun – bathing, swimming is the sea ,the cliff, the beach houses, a lot of resorts, restaurants and shops. Also guests could go to nearby lake , the Kappil which is only 4 km north of Varkala town, where one could go for boating , view the backwater stretching to the distant blue horizon or visit the Anjengo fort another ideal destination where one can stll fine remains of old English fort.There is also a cemetery inside the fort, still having the remains of the occupants of the fort, and the oldest among the burial sites dates to 1704. Another place to go is the famous Varkala Tunnel, a 924 ft long tunnel built in 1867.Stay night in Varkala.
Day 9 and 10 – Trivandrum
Arrive at the Kerala's capital , and enjoy stay in the state capital.Go for local sightseeing , cycling , local shops and restaurants etc.
Day 11 – Depart for onward destination.
